Having lived in the Lake Norman area for over a decade, I bring a deep appreciation for the local market and the lifestyle it offers. Originally from New York, I chose to make Lake Norman home because of its strong sense of community, vibrant culture, and unmatched lake life—factors that continue to draw buyers, businesses, and investors to the area.
